Operations Excellence Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven operations professional to lead our cleaning services team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving excellence in our cleaning teams.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing cleaning / facility management teams, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
  • Lead, train, and motivate cleaning supervisors and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
  • Manage client relationships and handle service feedback professionally
  • Plan staff deployment and scheduling to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for smooth operations
  • Prepare operational reports and assist management in decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning / facility management industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of WSQ standards and safety requirements will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software)
  • Minimum Diploma in related field preferred
