Job Overview

The Senior Compliance Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of Phillip Securities' Trust business. This involves conducting regular compliance reviews and monitoring, developing risk-based compliance programs, and providing advisory services to the business units.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular compliance reviews and monitoring across the Trust company's business activities;
2. Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;
3. Provide advisory services to the business units in meeting regulatory requirements through implementing appropriate compliance risk policies;
4. Review internal/external audit reports from each area of the business, identifying trends and areas of concern;

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key applicable regulations such as the Trust Companies Act and/or Trustee Act.
