Job Requirements:
We are an IT support group seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Regulatory Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the licensing regimes of Environmental Health licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health policies, knowledge in Microsoft Office and management of computer systems. You should have meticulous, analytical and writing skills. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment. About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with at least 5 years' working experience in operational work, regulatory or enforcement in a public-health related field with a managerial position. You should have good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships. You will work under high pressure and be resourceful in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the licensing regimes of Environmental Health licenses, including the monitoring of the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on licence applications. Guide and supervise the team's handling of public enquiries and feedback, ensuring proper and timely responses within stipulated service standards. Direct and oversee administrative matters, including training and performance evaluation of licensing officers. Collaborate with Policy and Operations Departments on various matters.
