Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of client profiles, performing in-depth analysis of service obligations and preparing structured risk assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end client due diligence reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of MAS & HKMA AML/CFT guidelines to drive quality control and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation gaps and enhance data integrity across the organization.

The selected candidate will have a strong background in SOW analysis, write-ups, and holistic reviews, with a proven track record of success in AML/KYC remediation or transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in KYC/AML roles within private banking or wealth management.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and case handling skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
