About the Role

This is a freelance position for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our global team. As a key member, you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end experiences, mentoring designers, and running workshops that unlock real business and user value.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design and a portfolio that proves it. You should think in systems and flows, not just screens, and be fluent in Figma, Sketch, and maybe even a bit of front-end logic. Leading workshops and client conversations is also essential.

You will work closely with developers, PMs, and strategists to bring ideas to life. Additionally, you will contribute to business development, helping shape proposals and pitches where UX thinking adds value.

Mentoring junior designers is also a significant part of this role, where you will share your craft, review their work, and elevate team quality.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries
  • Experience leading workshops and client conversations
  • Fluency in English, German fluency is highly preferred, Mandarin is a bonus
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning it into elegant, testable UX
