Job Description

The Junior Sommelier is a key role in our establishment, responsible for overseeing the opening and closing procedures, as well as ensuring that all team members are following the correct orders of service.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of communication skills, be approachable and enthusiastic about wine, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the floor and all tables currently in service
  • Effective communication with all other Managers on shift
  • Dealing with any mistakes or complaints about wine service quickly and efficiently

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Head of Events with pairings
