Job Overview
\We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Membership Operations team.
\As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Membership Operations, including staffing, customer service, and sales.\
- Cover Membership operations as needed due to shortage of manpower.\
- Manage monthly rosters and ensure sufficient manpower deployment for daily operations.\
- Recruit part-time/contract staff for peak days and periods, including interns.\
- Support the performance appraisal of Membership staff.\
- Assist with HR-related matters for the operations team.\
- Conduct refresher training sessions for new and existing staff.\
- Act as first verifier for online refund requests.\
- Uphold Membership Operation SOPs and recommend changes if necessary.\
- Investigate member/guest feedback and improve staff service delivery.\
- Communicate new membership initiatives and promotions to the Membership Operations team.\
- Handle onsite requests/enquiries, such as voucher extensions or annual membership conversions.\
- Enhance member or guest experience at Membership & Experiences centres.\
- Prepare monthly OT records, Overtime records in AAS for approval.\
- Submit Return/Void & Service Recovery Reports monthly and quarterly.\
- Generate Feedback reports for review.\
- Attend promotions/campaigns AI briefings.\
- Perform other duties as assigned.\

Qualifications
\- \
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.\
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the service/tourism industry.\
- Excellent communication and written skills.\
- Dynamic team player with a positive attitude.\
- Self-motivated, resourceful, customer-oriented, and meticulous.\
- Customer service/Guest experience/Contact centre experience is advantageous.\
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Galaxy, and CRM+ system.\
- Will travel to different locations.\
- Works on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.\
