Job Overview

\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Membership Operations team.

\

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Oversee daily Membership Operations, including staffing, customer service, and sales.\
  • Cover Membership operations as needed due to shortage of manpower.\
  • Manage monthly rosters and ensure sufficient manpower deployment for daily operations.\
  • Recruit part-time/contract staff for peak days and periods, including interns.\
  • Support the performance appraisal of Membership staff.\
  • Assist with HR-related matters for the operations team.\
  • Conduct refresher training sessions for new and existing staff.\
  • Act as first verifier for online refund requests.\
  • Uphold Membership Operation SOPs and recommend changes if necessary.\
  • Investigate member/guest feedback and improve staff service delivery.\
  • Communicate new membership initiatives and promotions to the Membership Operations team.\
  • Handle onsite requests/enquiries, such as voucher extensions or annual membership conversions.\
  • Enhance member or guest experience at Membership & Experiences centres.\
  • Prepare monthly OT records, Overtime records in AAS for approval.\
  • Submit Return/Void & Service Recovery Reports monthly and quarterly.\
  • Generate Feedback reports for review.\
  • Attend promotions/campaigns AI briefings.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned.\

Qualifications

  • \
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.\
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in the service/tourism industry.\
  • Excellent communication and written skills.\
  • Dynamic team player with a positive attitude.\
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, customer-oriented, and meticulous.\
  • Customer service/Guest experience/Contact centre experience is advantageous.\
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Galaxy, and CRM+ system.\
  • Will travel to different locations.\
  • Works on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.\
