Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Professional to lead our marketing efforts in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue growth, developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and coordinating market analyses with sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience within the interior construction sector.
  • Presentation and time management skills.
  • Diploma/certification in architecture, interior design, project/construction management, or related building construction/M&E studies.
  • Familiarity with electrical work, ceiling partition work, carpentry, tilling work, awning work, renovation works, and fit-out works.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
  • A positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
  • High integrity, good team player, and desire for professional growth.
  • Delivering business/market share growth in collaboration with zonal sales teams.
  • Salary, sales commission, and yearly bonus.
  • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of key strategic marketing initiatives for Singapore.
  • Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans.
  • Driving sales efficiency by delivering product knowledge information and training for each salesperson.
  • Maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients.
  • Monitoring payments.
