
Entry Level Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
">- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.">
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.">
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.">
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements.">
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job ads on various platforms and social media to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.">
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.">
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the role.">
- Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.">
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand through social media, career events, and employee testimonials.">
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects.">
