Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements.">
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job ads on various platforms and social media to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.">
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.">
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the role.">
  • Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.">
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand through social media, career events, and employee testimonials.">
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects.">
