Job Title: Entry Level Recruitment Specialist

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure logistics are in place
  • Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed
  • Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma and above required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in database management and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
