Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned industry sectors.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes for candidates.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
Driven, energetic, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
