This position reports to the Head of Business & Programme Development and is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Drive data centre development projects locally and internationally.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including new market entry, partnerships, and decarbonisation efforts.
- Support the development of sustainable and innovative data centre campuses in Singapore.
- Engage in sustainability initiatives, working with renewable and low-carbon energy providers.
- Oversee the investment process from origination to execution, including financial analysis and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare briefing papers and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Environmental Engineering, or related fields is required.
8-12 years of relevant experience in business development, real estate, infrastructure, investment banking, renewables, or M&A are necessary.
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, are essential.
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, is crucial.
Proficiency in financial, commercial, and risk analysis is required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are necessary.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player, willing to travel as required, is preferred.
