About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration Strategist to join our International Remuneration/Mobility team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality cross-border remuneration, executive remuneration, and talent mobility processes on a global level. This role requires strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks independently and timely, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to drive positive and consistent employee experiences.
  • Manage specialist services processes, including rewards review, mobility process management, and vendor performance management.
  • Develop and continuously improve process flow guides, key-user guides, and knowledge databases to support employee queries and stakeholder engagement.
  • Run standard HRIS data integrity dashboards and coordinate the implementation of root cause resolutions.
Main Complexity/Critical Issues
  • Cross-border remuneration and mobility complexity, requiring expertise in tax, legal, financial, and philosophical differences across geographies.
  • Stakeholder alignment and education to ensure seamless execution of global processes.
  • Continuous improvement in driving process and organizational productivity while maintaining consistency and harmony across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of 1-2 People & Culture processes, such as Rewards, Mobility, People Excellence, etc.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and high-level initiative taking abilities.
  • Fluency in English, with one main GEMBA local language as a plus (e.g., Thai, Spanish, French).
Estimated Salary:

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
