Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to conduct thorough testing of server and rack products in production.
  • Implement and maintain PXE server configuration for products, ensuring seamless deployment and optimization.
  • Develop and refine server and rack run-in test processes, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with customers and HQ/factory teams to design and implement effective test programs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product failures, working closely with customers and HQ/factory to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Kaizen activities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Update test program master lists and track progress, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for production staff.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and mass production efforts.
  • Contribute to ISO implementation and maintenance activities, driving excellence in quality management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience in server/rack/manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Linux, Quartus II, TinkerCAD, Python, or C++.
  • Strong multitasking and pressure management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of test methodologies and concepts, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent programming and debugging skills, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
