Senior Server and Rack Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Server and Rack Specialist. This role will involve overseeing the execution of debugging tasks for server and rack products, collaborating with headquarters and customers to drive continuous improvement efforts, and performing failure analysis to determine root causes and identify defective components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a team of debug technicians in executing debugging tasks for server and rack products
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and customers to drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform failure analysis to determine root causes, identify defective components, and classify failure types
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the server, rack, or manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Linux, with experience in programming and debugging
  • Strong grasp of testing methodologies and testing/debugging principles
