Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to oversee the testing of our server and rack products. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment.

The Test Lead will be responsible for setting up PXE server configurations, sustaining run-in test processes, maintaining burn-in and power testing procedures, implementing and upkeep test programs with customers, HQ, and the factory, and troubleshooting production failures.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
Preferred Skills
  • Programming and debugging relevant to testing processes
  • Solid understanding of testing methods and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Willingsness to perform shift work when required
