Diagnostic Expert
Job Overview:
As a Diagnostic Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of server and rack products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist engineers in conducting thorough tests, analyzing failures, and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and Analyze: Collaborate with engineers to design and execute comprehensive test plans for server and rack products, identifying areas for improvement.
- Configure and Maintain: Support the implementation of PXE Server configurations and maintain server and rack run-in test processes, ensuring seamless integration.
- Optimize Processes: Perform and maintain burn-in and power test processes, contributing to overall production efficiency and product quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen activities to streamline operations and enhance product quality, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Documentation and Training: Update test program masterlists, create working instructions, and provide training to production staff, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
- Support Production: Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and support mass production runs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in ISO activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and maintaining the highest level of quality.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A diploma in engineering or a related field is required, along with a passion for server and rack technology.
- Experience: 1-3 years of working experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.
- Teamwork Skills: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, superiors, and occasionally customers and HQ/factory personnel are essential.
- SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems is beneficial for this role, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
- Adaptability: The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment is crucial for success in this position.
