Job Title: Server Rack Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a senior engineer to lead our testing and debugging efforts. As a senior test lead, you will be responsible for driving the testing process and ensuring the highest quality of our server and rack products.
Your expertise will help us identify root causes of failures, isolate faulty components, and implement corrective measures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and participate in continuous improvement activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering, preferably with a diploma or higher qualification. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a server/rack/manufacturing environment is essential, along with Linux knowledge and programming skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in executing all test and debug activities
- Conduct comprehensive testing, analysis, and troubleshooting on failed products
- Identify root causes of failures, recommend corrective measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Drive improvement initiatives and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain work instructions as needed, and provide related training to ensure seamless integration with production processes
