**Job Overview:**

The role of a test engineer is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our team of associate engineers and technicians in carrying out test-related activities for server and rack products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • To lead a team of associate engineers and technicians in carrying out all test-related activities for server and rack products.
  • To support and implement PXE server configuration for the products.
  • Perform and maintain the server and rack run-in test process.
  • Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test process.
  • To liaise with customers and HQ/factory on the test program implementation and maintenance.
  • To test and analyze all failures in production products and work back with customers and HQ/factory for improvement.
  • Participate in Kaizen activities.
  • To update the test program master list and tracking.
  • To prepare and update working instructions.
  • To provide training over W/I to production.
  • To support the NPI process.
  • To support production on the mass run.
  • Participate in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance).

**Requirements:**

  • Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline with min 3 years relevant experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work with the customer, HQ/factory, peers/subordinate, and superiors.
  • Programming knowledge of Linux, Quartus II, TinkerCAD, Python, or C++.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of test methods and concepts.
  • Knowledge of programming and debugging skills.
