Server and Rack Installation Specialist

As a Server and Rack Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out various test-related activities in the production environment. This includes assisting engineers with testing server and rack products, implementing PXE Server configuration, and maintaining run-in tests.
You will also participate in Kaizen activities to improve processes and implement ISO standards. Additionally, you will update test program masterlists and track changes.
Our team is looking for someone who can work well under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively with peers and superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Nitec or Diploma in engineering
- 3 years of working experience in Server and Rack manufacturing environment (preferably)
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in C++ and Linux
- Good team player

Assist engineers to carry out all Test related activities for server & Rack products for the production
To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with engineer on the improvement
Participate in the Kaizen activities
To update the test program masterlist & tracking
To prepare and update Working Instruction
To support on the NPI Process
To support production on mass run
Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
