Server and Rack Testing Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist our engineers in carrying out test-related activities for server & Rack products. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing PXE Server configuration, maintaining server & Rack run-in test process, and performing burn-in & power test process.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with peers, supervisors, customers, and HQ/factory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers in testing and debugging server & Rack products
- Implement PXE Server configuration for products
- Maintain server & Rack run-in test process
- Perform burn-in & power test process
- Analyze failures in production products and work with engineers on improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering with 1-3 years of working experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively with peers, supervisors, customers, and HQ/factory teams
- Physically fit – the role involves heavy lifting and long hours of standing
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Preferred with Linux programming, Quartus II, Tinker Cad, Phyton, C++
