Job Description

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Aftersales Manager/Service Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Aftersales Manager/Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork.
• Prepares documents for approval and ensures timely submission.
• Monitors leave applications and overtime submissions for approval.
• Assists with subcontractors' purchase orders and sublets, conducting follow-ups as necessary.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates ordering as needed.
• Safeguards uniforms and safety boots, coordinating ordering when necessary.
• Ensures knowledge of relevant KPIs for target achievement.
• Facilitates smooth cooperation between all interfaces.
• Files and scans documents, archiving them accordingly.
• Supports the warranty department by updating customer data and submitting warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Participates in warranty disposal and ensures warranty documents are submitted error-free and on time.
• Provides general administration for all warranty matters.

Customer Care and Call Centre Support:

• Liaises with the call centre on customer requests.
• Assists with CCR-S and VOC scores, responding rate, and feedback handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
