
Office Support Specialist

The role of an Office Support Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the office environment. This individual will provide support to both administrative and hospitality functions.
This position encompasses overseeing pantry and stationery supplies, coordinating office maintenance and cleanliness, managing internal logistics, and supporting HR and event-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of stationery and pantry items, ensuring timely restocking and inventory control.
- Serve tea and refreshments to guests and management as required.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate festive office decorations for events.
- Administrative Support:
- Submit documents to relevant authorities.
- Handle IHP matters.
- Oversee office hygiene and cleanliness.
- Collect and distribute letters and manage office deliveries.
- Coordinate lunch orders for staff and visitors.
- Act as Meeting Room Coordinator.
- Manage mobile apps used internally.
- In charge of dispatch services and logistics.
- Handle face scan system for office access.
- Filter and direct incoming calls and visitors as necessary.
- Assist in arranging interviews.
- Update leave records and support HR admin tasks.
- Manage company accommodation & liaison person for staff staying in the accommodation.
- Assist in planning and executing office projects and events.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and be meticulous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to identify and solve issues effectively and independently.
