Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for guests and employees, including visa applications.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs, and maintaining and updating training records.
- Coordinating food orders for meetings, visitors, and staff as required.
- Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks.
- Continuous improvement on office work processes.
- Attending to incoming calls, general enquiries, guests, and visitors (front desk).
- Dispatching all required documents/packets and coordinating with courier companies on incoming/outgoing documents/packets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum diploma in any discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and planning skills.
- Attention to detail.
