Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with various departments to coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, as well as perform tasks such as tracking maintenance jobs, monitoring building management systems, and conducting safety and health risk assessments.

As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing reports and organizing files/documents to keep information accessible
  • Performing repair and maintenance equipment, furniture, and facilities in warehouse and office
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including setting up logistics arrangements
  • Tracking inventory and consumables, and assisting in asset management
  • Conducting safety and health risk assessments and reporting incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of SAP application
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Customer-service oriented
