Job Title: Talent Management Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance-cycle execution, ensuring timely feedback and data-driven application.

  • Adapt global performance frameworks to local needs by setting goals, defining evaluation criteria, and managing cadence.
  • Drive performance-cycle execution, ensure timely feedback, and apply data-driven insights.
  • Cocreate and roll out local bonus, spot-bonus, and special-grant programs aligned with global policies.
  • Manage payout workflows, track documentation, and close the performance-to-reward loop.
  • Map local training needs to global curriculum; design and implement custom courses.
  • Establish end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery, and evaluation; report on return on investment.
  • Localize job-grade structures and promotion criteria; coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews.
  • Produce policy guides, process flows, and evaluation templates to ensure transparency.
  • Draft and maintain local OD/HR policy documents, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with headquarters OD, HRBPs, and business leads to refine and iterate best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in a relevant position.
  • IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is an advantage.
