Senior Software Enhancement Specialist\

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Software Enhancement Specialist.

\Job Description:\

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for continuously improving and enhancing our internal CRM systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing internal CRM systems\
  • Developing new systems to meet evolving business requirements\
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions\
  • Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment\
  • Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code\
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation\
  • Troubleshooting and debugging software issues\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies\
  • Providing technical guidance to junior developers\
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities and coordinating with cross-functional teams\
  • Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients\
  • Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously\

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of .NET web framework (3, 4.5 and above), proficiency in MVC 5, React, Angular, and a strong understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery, and HTML. They will also have proficient knowledge of C# and/or VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems, and strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and IIS Server.

Additional skills required include solid understanding of object-oriented programming, familiarity with dot net Core Web API and dot net Core, ability to write reusable libraries, knowledge of various design and architectural patterns, and experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

As a Senior Software Enhancement Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be adaptable to changing project requirements and technologies. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and strong time management and organizational skills.
