We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and foster relationships with commercial and industrial clients who require our products.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to target commercial and industrial sectors, focusing on control panels and switch boxes.
Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts with key decision-makers in manufacturing, industrial, and energy sectors. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. - Market Research & Business Development:
Research market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities. - Team Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the manufacturing, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client specifications and product customization. - Order Management & Sales Support:
Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate sales orders, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of control panels, switch boxes, electrical distribution systems, and industrial machinery.
