Head of Regional Operations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operational performance, reliability, and compliance of data centres within a region. As Head of Regional Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 uptime, energy efficiency, capacity planning, and adherence to safety and security standards.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Lead regional facility teams, contractors, and service providers to deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and budget targets.">
  • Oversee audits, certifications, incident management, and risk mitigation.">
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations and maintenance (O&M), sustainability, and automation.">
  • Build and scale operational capabilities for GPU-as-a-Service platforms in the region.">
  • Implement systems for usage tracking, billing accuracy, SLA management, and support workflows.">
  • Ensure physical and cyber security compliance of GPU infrastructure, especially in multi-tenant environments.">
  • Drive operational readiness for new site launches and service expansion.">
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting for both data centre and GPUaaS operations.">

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data centre operations, infrastructure, or related mission-critical environments.">
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-site operations across a region or multiple countries.">
  • Strong leadership with excellent problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with commercial, legal, finance, ESG, and product teams.">
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.">
  • Ability to drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.">
  • Exceptional communication skills to interface with executive leadership and technical teams.">
