**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will lead regional operations across multiple Asian markets, driving transformation projects to streamline operational efficiencies and enhance regional business partnering capabilities.
- Oversee payroll compliance.
- Manage banking relationships.
- Support process improvements.
- Collaborate with regional finance managers and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Participate in transformation projects to streamline operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll operations.
**Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can effectively manage payroll and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of Asia payroll practices.
**Requirements:**
A degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA/ACCA qualified. Recent experience holding dual portfolio in payroll and finance with a reputable multinational. Strong understanding of Asia payroll practices, banking relationships, and multi-currency operations. Adaptability and strong communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.
