Job Title: Regional Expert Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Expert Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supporting regional teams in solving customer issues, building trust relationships, and achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in product evaluation, sales company training, and market research. You will work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective solutions to meet market demands and create new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market visits and engage customers to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop and utilise our line-up of products and solutions to meet the latest market demands or create new ideas.
  • Support installation and conduct education to customers during installation.
  • Conduct market research and find out market trends and new technology to adopt into our business.
  • Liaise and correspond with HQ for strategic and operational implementations.
  • Responsible to train, evaluate and maintain all regional engineers' skillsets.
  • Liaise with HQ and vendors to ensure all engineers are updated on new models, software revisions, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Teams to manage customer sales cycle.
  • Support marketing activities such as samples productions and participation in events and trade shows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of using RIP software.
  • Basic knowledge of adobe software (Illustrator and photoshop).
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking.
  • Colour management knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
