Job Description:

The role of the Business Development and Contract Management Specialist is to oversee and execute key administrative and operational tasks supporting commercial operations across subcontracting, procurement, sales, tendering, and contract management functions.

This includes taking ownership in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial documents from quotations, contracts, purchase orders, service agreements, and invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Additionally, the specialist maintains a structured and audit-ready documentation system (both digital and physical) for all commercial records, including quotations, agreements, and client correspondence.

As a central liaison between internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations), this individual ensures the smooth flow of commercial information and alignment across project timelines.

Responsibilities also include coordinating end-to-end tender processes, including documentation review, compliance checks, milestone tracking, and timely submission of bids.

">

Furthermore, the Business Development and Contract Management Specialist prepares and analyzes reports on contract progress, commercial KPIs, cost-performance trends, and revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Monitoring invoicing cycles and tracking performance metrics are also key responsibilities.
