Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Supply Planning Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing inventory deployment to support business growth in the markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, with experience in handling conflicts in negotiation and leading ad-hoc projects. You will work closely with regional and business units to scrutinize forecast demand and create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth
  • Collaborate with regional and business units to plan and manage inventory deployment
  • Lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Work with the Demand Management team to review forecasts and identify changes in supply chain activities
  • Develop and implement new or improved E2E supply chain processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 8-12 years supply chain planning experience
  • Strong academic credentials with demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment
  • Data presentation and analysis using data analytic tools like Excel/Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with planning systems like SAP, Kinaxis, etc.
  • Concern for impact, takes action to have an intended or desired effect on others/Risk mitigation and opportunity sensing
  • Results orientation, implement planning routines and ensure line of sight to performance metrics with planning tasks/Takes appropriate action to achieve objectives
  • Critical Information Seeking, seeks different options for scenario planning/Gathers key information to diagnose a problem
