The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing daily centre operations, ensuring compliance with safety measures and facilitating the delivery of programs and events.
  • Providing excellent customer service, attending to client queries, feedback, and registration; supporting SkillsFuture applications.
  • Maintaining accurate client and event data in Salesforce, ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Supporting outreach events, onsite or offsite, and contributing to course promotions.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Diploma in any related discipline preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
