Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare and serve food & drinks, manage cash register transactions, and maintain product stock levels.
  • Ensure workstations are clean, tidy, and in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Hold a minimum GCE 'N' level qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred, but applicants without experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Available to work six days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
