  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job postings to align with business objectives, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and role expectations.
  • Proactively identify and source top talent through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and strategic partnerships, to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Thoroughly review resumes, screen prospective candidates, and ensure a strong match between candidates and job roles.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers, providing regular updates on sourcing progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to inform strategic decision-making and optimize hiring goals.
  • Track and achieve targeted hiring outcomes, emphasizing both quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and talent engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Independent, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively.
