Join us to build a team of skilled professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. As a Recruiter in our Cloud Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to drive business growth and success.
Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring top talent for various Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, Technical Solutions, and other job families roles. You will collaborate closely with sourcers and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.
You will also work closely with our team to identify and attract top talent, provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluate skill level, drive the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to engage with Japanese-speaking applicants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire top Cloud Go-To-Market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
- Source active and passive applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Discuss complex offers to close applicants by leveraging and partnering with senior management, and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
