Drive Regional Growth as a Flow Cytometry Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building awareness of our product in the region and increasing market share.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and has experience in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, implement, and manage Product Line initiatives for business expansion
• Work with the Global team and regional team to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning, including regional and local marketing materials and promotions
• Attend conferences, webinars, and seminars to understand market trends and build professional networks
• Plan and conduct in-house and external training sessions for Sales teams, Application teams, and Channel Partners
• Monitor marketing activities' effectiveness, help in Funnel Management, and analyze FFR, 30/60/90 days FL, velocity, and win-rate, perform PSP on funnel health (red and green) when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Biotechnology (Immunology) or related field with about 5 years of related Flow Cytometry experience
- Familiarity with current digital marketing tools and experience in organizing regional, local, and online events
- Excellent team player able to work with different levels of regional and global teams
- Able to travel when required, about 50% of the time
- Conversant and fluent in written and spoken English
