The
Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager
will focus on building product awareness in the region and increasing market share. This role reports to the Business Development Manager, is part of the global commercial team based in Singapore, and will work remotely across the region.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage product line initiatives for business growth.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including regional and local marketing materials and promotions.
Attend conferences, webinars, and seminars to understand market trends and build professional networks.
Plan and conduct training sessions for sales, application teams, and channel partners.
Monitor marketing effectiveness, manage sales funnel, analyze performance metrics, and perform pipeline health assessments.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field, with approximately 5 years of Flow Cytometry experience.
Experience with digital marketing tools and organizing regional, local, and online events.
Strong team player capable of working with diverse regional and global teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred: Previous regional experience.
