Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guests with information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Related Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience.
