Job Title

A leading professional services firm is expanding its leadership team. They provide audit, tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients including listed companies, SMEs, and non-profit organisations.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader to establish and grow a Restructuring & Insolvency practice within a globally connected firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments involving asset sales, divestments, and debt/equity restructuring.
  • Develop recovery strategies for MNCs and SMEs across sectors.
  • Act as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Oversee claims, litigation support, forensic accounting, and damage quantification.
  • Build strong networks with legal counsel, financial institutions, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in restructuring, insolvency, and dispute advisory.
  • Proven expertise advising on financial restructuring, distressed assets, and turnaround strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
