Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

The Offsite Head Chef will lead our culinary team to deliver exceptional food services at Changi Airport, ensuring high-quality operations and consistent excellence in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee kitchen operations across both terminals, managing staff effectively and maintaining consistency in food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of new dishes, collaborating with chefs to refine recipes and work closely with production teams to scale up new product creations.
  • Menu Planning: Analyze customer profiles, food preparation facilities, and operational constraints to recommend suitable F&B offerings, enhancing the dining experience for airline passengers.
  • Culinary Training: Provide training to chefs on proper cooking techniques, food presentation, and hygiene practices, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Culinary Background: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leadership roles within food manufacturing, airline catering, or high-volume F&B operations.
  • Product R&D Expertise: Strong background in developing new dishes with caterer and development team.
  • Airline Catering/F&B Lounge Experience: Prior experience working with airline lounges, hospitality, or large-scale food service operations is an advantage.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Familiar with HACCP, ISO 22000, SFA regulations, and other food safety management systems.
