Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior culinary professional to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing our Executive Chef's vision and guidelines.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our chef team to develop innovative seasonal menus and meal designs. Your duties will include recruiting and managing new employees, resolving customer complaints, and creating new menu options.

You will also be expected to maintain excellent communication skills, have in-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes. Strong leadership abilities and a teamwork-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and meal designs
  • Recruit, train, and manage new employees
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to enforce kitchen policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of successful menu development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
