This role oversees the planning and specification team in Singapore, ensuring delivery of high-quality HVAC project plans that meet both rigorous standards and client needs.

  • Lead and manage planning and specification teams located in Singapore.
  • Build strong relationships with M&E consultants, Green Mark consultants, ESD consultants, and developer accounts in the built environment sector.
  • Oversee development and implementation of HVAC project plans, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with local and international standards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to align project specifications with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency within the team, encouraging use of new technologies and methodologies in HVAC system design and planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the HVAC sector.
  • Develop strategies to enhance team performance, client satisfaction, and project success rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the HVAC or Construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and international standards.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
