About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying room status on morning reports, reporting discrepancies, and prioritizing and updating checkout rooms. This includes preparing and distributing assignment sheets to assigned staff and reviewing priorities.

Cleanliness Standards:
The Housekeeping Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that cleanliness and condition of each area meet designated standards. This includes inspecting supply levels, cleanliness, and organization of floor closets, as well as assigning personnel to rectify any deficiencies.
Guest Satisfaction:
The role involves monitoring and handling guest complaints by following instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Minimum N or O level qualifications
Minimum two years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel
A proven track record of maintaining superior standards of hotel cleanliness in a previous position or hotel
Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and/or weekends
