As a leader in our housekeeping team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through immaculate spaces and thoughtful touches. You will lead a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and brand expression – ensuring every room reflects the warmth and individuality of our Tribute Portfolio identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily resource plans and assign tasks to ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Supervise cleaning activities and room readiness in line with Marriott brand standards.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, service pantries, and housekeeping trolleys.
  • Monitor room turnover and coordinate with Front Office for timely releases.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow through on defect rectification.
  • Prepare rooms for VIP arrivals, ensuring personalized setups and amenities.
  • Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Support sustainability efforts through responsible product usage and waste reduction.

Talent Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting (4-5 star preferred).
  • Pre-opening experience (a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and chemical handling.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
