Job Description:

Manage and supervise housekeeping operations to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Housekeeping team in a select service hotel with 442 guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hotel areas, including Great Room dining space, rooftop swimming pool, and fitness facilities
  • Supervise laundry operations and manage inventory levels for supplies and labor
  • Inspect VIP rooms and public areas to ensure they meet guest satisfaction standards
  • Conduct IHG Way of Clean audits and set targets for housekeeping employees
  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan work, and establish performance goals for employees
  • Educate and train staff on safety regulations and ensure they have necessary tools and equipment
Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in housekeeping, including supervisory training. Proficient in written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
