We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team in a Senior Finance Executive position. This role is critical to delivering financial clarity to leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving financial processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-set accounts, handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing monthly management accounts, and reconciling revenue between our accounting system and other platforms.
You will also be responsible for filing quarterly GST returns, supporting ECI and annual corporate tax submissions, and liaising with external auditors. Additionally, you will maintain and refine finance SOPs, identify automation opportunities, and provide finance insights for new initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid grasp of Singapore FRS, GST rules, and IRAS regulations. You should have proficiency with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
