Job Title: Senior Finance Professional

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective financial planning, management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and investments to optimize returns
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices to maintain expertise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in financial reporting
    • A degree in accounting or a related field, such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
    • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 6 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
