Key Finance Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our organization as an Assistant Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, reviewing financial reports, consolidations, and variance analyses.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, reviewing financial reports, consolidations, and variance analyses.
  • Prepare Management Presentations: Prepare management presentations and reports for the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director to support decision-making.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for Singapore and regional entities. Track financial performance, identify risks or opportunities, and provide insights for strategic and operational planning.

  • Compliance & Audit: Support GST submissions, MPA audits, and corporate income tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate Audits: Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits, and maintain internal controls and governance standards.

Transactional Oversight: Review and approve staff claims and manage transactional oversight functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments, and will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum 5 years' experience in financial management; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
